1. Booking & Reservations

  • Booking is confirmed only after payment or deposit is received.

2. Payment Terms

  • Partial or full advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations must be made in advance as per our cancellation policy.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time.
  • No refunds may be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must arrive on time at the boarding location.
  • Valid identification may be required before boarding.
  • Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Any damage caused to the yacht by the customer may be charged accordingly.

5. Safety & Conduct

  • All passengers must follow safety instructions provided by the crew.
  • Illegal activities and misconduct are strictly prohibited.
  • The company reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund in case of unsafe behavior.

6. Weather Conditions

  • All trips are subject to weather and sea conditions.
  • In case of unfavorable conditions, bookings may be rescheduled.
  • Safety decisions made by the captain are final.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Mumbai Yacht Club is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the trip, except where required by law.
  • Participation in yacht activities is at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Services

  • We may use third-party providers for payments or services.
  • We are not responsible for third-party service failures or issues.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Mumbai Yacht Club.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
