Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Mumbai Yacht Club, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.
1. Booking Confirmation
- Your booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance or full payment.
- Once confirmed, the booking slot is reserved exclusively for you.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time may not be eligible for any refund.
- No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
- Requests must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to the booking time.
- Only one reschedule may be allowed per booking.
5. Weather & Operational Conditions
- In case of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, bookings may be rescheduled.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a refund or credit may be provided.
- Decisions made by the captain or management for safety reasons are final.
6. Late Arrival
- Customers are expected to arrive on time.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced trip duration without refund.
7. Cancellation by Mumbai Yacht Club
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to technical issues, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, customers will be offered rescheduling or a full refund.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
- Last-minute cancellations (within 24–48 hours)
- No-shows
- Violation of terms or misconduct
